Global Coffee-houses:Have a cup of it!

Modernist writer Katherine Mansfield depicts the importance of a cup of tea in her famous short story,'A Cup Of Tea',where a poor girl craves to have it but never gets it till the story ends.Beverages are essential in our day-to-day life.
Beverage is a French terminology. It is rarely used in British English. It defines the consumable drink other than water.People love to spend time in the casual drinking places.Tea,coffee, beer, liquor, milk, juice are the beverages people often prefer to have in their spare time apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner.Coffee shops serve prepared coffee and other hot beverages. These are called coffee-houses. These are one kind of cafe. Cafe may refer to coffee house, tea room, bar etc.Coffee houses have the common characteristics like bar and restaurant. These are not similar to the cafeteria which are within the institutions. Espresso bars are a type of coffee house. It serves a creamy foamed coffee, called as espresso.

Fast Food:First World Country(U.S.A)

Once the Welsh poet William Henry Davis composed a brilliant poem Leisure. The opening lines were as  follows, "What is this life,if full of care,
We have no time to stand and stare."
Sing it silently or do a rhetoric,it is very true.As the civilization progresses, the developed countries become the torch bearers to the rest of the world in terms of economical progress. In this materialistic world people became very busy in their life. This is the platform of the establishment of the fast food restaurants in the first world countries, especially in the USA.Like the torch that passes from runner to runner, the idea of fast food restaurant is spreading to the nook and corner of the world.

1.McDonald's:

Irrespective of countrysides ,towns and big cities people need this basic amenity of life.Everyday everybody need vegetables, fruits, groceries to survive. In the developed economy, supermarkets and multi-national groceries were established for the convenience of the mass.Because everybody is busy in their day-today life.
Here retail industry plays an important role.Retailing is the sale of goods and services from the individuals to the end user. There are three categorises of retail industry ,i.e,food, hard goods, soft goods.Hard goods are the durable goods and soft goods are the consumable goods.A supermarket is one of the retailing sector assorted by the differential marketing strategy.Specifically a supermarket is a self-served grocery store where food and household products are assorted in aisles ,which ranges between a traditional grocery shop and a big-box market..A big-box market or a hyper-market is a combination of  a supermarket and a departmental-store.A departmental store sales a variety of consumer goods such as clothing, furniture, housewares and appliances to the public.Lots of supermarkets serve on the basis of EDLP(Everyday Low Price). In the UK,the "Big Four" supermarkets are

Management Guru-Chanakya

Had the scenario been different as below, the world would have definitely known Niccolo Machiavelli as the Italian Chanakya .But  Chanakya,a professor of Takshashila University is known as the Indian Machiavelli. His works were 1800 yrs earlier than the Italian diplomat Niccolo Machiavelli’s. As his works were lost by the end of the Gupta dynasty and discovered in the year 1915, so he was not known to this world before.
Thanks to Chanakya’s outstanding strategy for, it was he, who was credited for the establishment of the Maurya  Empire which was the first empire among  archeologically recorded history. His initial attempts with Chandragupta Maurya to defeat the Nanda dynasty failed. He heard a mother scolding her child to prefer the cooler edges as he burnt his hand by eating porridge from the middle of it, as  mothers are the best managers and true socialization of a baby comes from her, he knew his strategic error and attacked the periphery of the Nanda dynasty  instead of focusing on Magadha. He was succeeded. Nobody will think like him. That’s why when a genius’ mind ceases to work, his cognition initiates.

Who will dare to stop the greatest conqueror of the world, Alexander-the great’s army to conquer the Maurya Empire? He did so by infiltrating the Greek army by spreading the rumours about greatness of the Indian army. He is the greatest diplomat, manipulative thinker .
It is believed that he has authored the Arthashatra and Neetishatra. The Arthashatra  discusses about monetary policies, fiscal policies, international relations, welfare economics ,war strategies and outlines the duty of a ruler. The Neetishatra  is about how to lead an ideal way of life. His contribution to the field of Economics and political science is tremendous.
Chanakya, the then chief advisor of Chandragupta Maurya was giving small doses of poison to the king to make him immune to it,as a strategy against the enemies .Unknowingly the king gave some food to the queen when she was nine months pregnant. The queen could not resist and died.Chanakya saved  the heir to the throne,Bindusara by cutting the queen’s belly. His management skills are really brilliant. He is the real Management-guru,the world has seen before.
His quotations are soul-touching.His wisdom is divinely-gifted. His way of thinking  is applicable to the contemporary field of management, business, commerce, economics, politics, diplomacy.A question arises frequently to our mind that unscrupulous methods are not legally accepted,so why we will follow Chanakya. His own saying that ,  “ A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and honest people are screwed first” is it’s answer.

It is very true. Another example is the Lord Krishna in the great Indian epic Mahabharat. Here the god himself plays lots of tricks with diplomacies to deceive the enemies. But we should focuses on one thing which is above all,i.e,”All ambitions are lawful, except those which climb upward on the miseries or credulities of mankind”.
